Filling meals are all good and wonderful, but there is nothing like a quick snack to keep you from feeling hungry throughout the day. I’m a big snacker. I love snacks, eating small bites throughout the day instead of a big meal, and then eating nothing for a few hours. 

Sometimes, you want a yummy and healthy option when looking for a little snack. These Mediterranean diet snacks are the perfect answer!
