As you know, I am “traveling” around the world with recipes from different locations and cultures.

While we can’t go everywhere, we can enjoy food from all around the world in our own kitchens. Now, I can’t make every type of food all the time, but it’s great to experiment every so often with new dishes and cuisines. Certain ones get added to my weekday fare, and certain dishes are saved for special occasions.
