To help you make better morning food choices, here are 15 foods you should never eat for breakfast- pick something else instead!

Sausage

Sausages are a popular breakfast item but high in saturated fats and sodium. Consuming sausages regularly can increase your risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. They also lack essential nutrients and are often made with preservatives and artificial flavors. Instead, opt for leaner protein sources like eggs or turkey bacon.

Flavored Coffees
