Ok… who hates the fact that every single day, you have to think about what you are going to have for dinner?

I’m definitely raising my hand on this one! That’s why I love dinners that are literally just dumped into the slow cooker or croc-pot as I dash off to do all the other important things on my never-ending list, knowing that I will be able to have a warm, filling meal at the end of the day without having to worry!

Honey Garlic Chicken

This is such a delicious dinner option. Dump chicken, honey, soy sauce, garlic into the slow cooker and let it simmer all day. Serve over rice or broccoli for a take out fake out style meal that the whole family will love. It is sweet, spicy and so filling.
