Making a classic lunch recipe is the best way to have a great lunch at home or on the go. I feel like (and I have no evidence to back this up) that lunch used to be a bigger “thing.” I always imagine our grandparents having lunch at home or taking a full, packed lunch to work or school every day. Now, most adults make do with a protein bar or a quick snack instead of having a full lunch.
