I’ve always thought that puff pastry is the biggest hack when it comes to baking and cooking. After all, it’s a dough that you don’t have to make yourself (unless you’re very ambitious).

Whenever I need or want a recipe and don’t have much time, I like to do something with puff pastry. It’s so easy and so good. My freezer always has packages of puff pastry that I can easily take out whenever I need.
