Summer is a great time for parties, trips and hanging out with family and friends. You know what that doesn’t include?

Sitting near a hot oven or stove and heating up food isn’t always the best idea. Preparing food in advance so that you can serve it cold later when the guests arrive or when you come home from the beach is an amazing idea.

These summer meals are delicious, served cold, and worth checking out.

Pinwheel Sandwiches

You can’t go wrong with a platter of pinwheels for a relaxed summer meal. These are easy, delicious and can be paired with just about any side you crave from chips to a potato salad. With deli meat, cheese and lettuce, each slice hits the spot!
