Spring has sprung!

Spring is my favorite season. It’s not cold anymore, but it’s not the brutal heat of summer yet. There is always so much optimism in the air. I always feel light and happy.

And of course, Mother’s Day is in Spring, which is always fun.

After a season of heavy meals and cozy soups, I’m ready to jump into light meals and airy desserts.

I’m thinking lemon, whites, fruits, and florals.

Here are the products I’m using this spring to capture the spring magic in my kitchen.

These are also great Mother’s Day gifts for the mom who loves to cook and bake!

Wilton Gold Non-Stick Bakeware Mini Loaf Baking Pan

Wilton Gold Mini Loaf Pan .

This Wilton loaf pan is the best way to make mini lemon poundcakes, which are my favorite cakes of all time.

It’s the perfect spring dessert.

Of course, you can make anything with it, and I’m excited to experiment with small cakes (maybe we can decorate each one individually? So many ideas!)

West Bend Hi-Rise Bread Maker with 12 Preset Digital Controls

Bread Machine.

I love this bread machine not only for the fresh bread it makes but also because I’m super into babka and yeasty baked goods right now.

Making my dough in my bread machine means I can set the dough, go run errands, and then come back to shape it without spending time kneading and rising.

Want to see it in action? Check out my first loaf here!

I’m loving this West End bread machine, and it lives on my counter. It’s equipped with customizable loaf sizes, crust, and colors that allow you to bake bread your way. You can make garlic bread, wheat bread, or bagels for the whole family. The Custom Settings are perfect for the baker who is already familiar with breadmaker baking.  So this is perfect for anyone who loves baking.

Mackenzie and Child Cookie Jar

Cookie Jar.

Speaking of things that live on my counter! I love having fresh cookies on my counter. Now, while i can keep them in a foil pan or a plastic bag there is something so amazing about having cookies in a cookie jar.

Doesn’t it just scream homemade love?

Mackenzie and Child make such cute ones. I love them!
