I think we all know that we need to drink a lot more water. Most people don’t, and personally, I find that drinking water all day is harder than it should be. It’s hard to remember and keep on top of my daily water intake.

But the good news is that there are other drinks that can hydrate your water besides water. These nine drinks are great to have on hand and can help you stay hydrated- all summer and winter long.

Fruit-Infused Water

Squeeze a whole lemon into your water and add frozen fruit like peach slices and strawberries. The fruit flavors your water and acts as ice, making hydration more enjoyable and refreshing.

Fill your cup half with coconut water and half with regular water for a refreshing way to stay hydrated. This mix can help reduce your coffee and soda intake while keeping you super hydrated, especially during the summer months.

If your tap water tastes “hard,” add a bit of lemon juice before carbonating it. The lemon helps reduce the mineral taste, bringing your water closer to store-bought bottled water quality.

Sodastream
