Many people are moving towards a “carnivore diet.” This diet regimen involves consuming only animal products while excluding all plant-based foods. It emphasizes meat, offal, eggs, and some dairy products, with no quantities restricted.

Most people don’t do a full carnivore diet (and you should never start a restrictive diet without speaking to a medical professional). Still, they try to increase the amount of animal products they consume.

These recipes are great if you want to start eating a carnivore diet and particularly if you want to try meal prep to make your life a little easier. These carnivore meal prep ideas are not only delicious but will simplify your meal planning!
