I’m sorry, but if it’s hot outside, then I am not standing in my kitchen with my hot stove on trying to make a delicious dessert. On the other hand, I really want a good dessert. It’s a real conundrum.

These cool, lazy desserts are the perfect answer to my problem. I’ve put together a list of desserts that are utterly delicious but are summery, cool, and most of all, lazy.
