Purim is around the corner, meaning it’s time to bake Hamantaschen!

Purim is a Jewish Holiday on which Jews celebrate the survival of the Jewish People as described in the Book of Esther. They celebrate by reading the Book of Esther, dressing up in costumes, and giving food gifts to other people.

Purim will be on the 14th of March this year.

Hamantaschen is an Ashkenazi Jewish triangular filled-pocket pastry associated with the Jewish holiday of Purim. It’s filled with various fillings- the most traditional being poppy or jelly, but of course, you can make them with any filling you want!

These Hamantaschen recipes are twists on the classic recipe, perfect for anyone looking to change things up this year!
