If you love drinking tea, then we’re sure you’ll be pleased to find out that there are several teas out there that offer plenty of health benefits. The good thing about tea is that there are dozens of different types of tea, so one can really never get sick of this beverage.

Tea can also be downed hot or cold, depending on your preference. It’s also great for staying hydrated when you don’t enjoy drinking plain water. Read on to learn more about the healthiest teas that one can sip on daily.

Perhaps one of the most popular teas around the world is black tea. Besides a good ol’ caffeine boost that can be expected from drinking a cup of this tea, one can also expect to get a good dose of phytonutrients such as theaflavin, which can have a good impact on heart health.

2. Green Tea

Green tea is also highly common, and you probably already have some in your kitchen’s arsenal. The good thing about green tea is that it is also great for one’s health. It contains bioactive compounds catechins, kaempferol, quercetin, and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which are known to support healthy immune, gut, and heart health, to name a few.
