We all know that kids love eating comfort foods like chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, lasagna, and pizza. Parents love these foods, too, but all we need is a bit of variety, and it’s just so much better when kids and parents can eat the same thing without having to cook separate meals cause the kids are too fussy.

Here are some of the most delicious meals that kids and adults will both enjoy. 

1. Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

Spice things up with this Asian dish that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The best part of this easy teriyaki chicken and rice dish is that it’s not only tasty but can also be made on a budget.

Another great way to upgrade a boring old Mac and Cheese that you’re sick of eating every week is to add a new type of vegetable. For this recipe, it’s broccoli, but really, any vegetable that you feel may go with it can be added to boost this meal.
