The main dish is obviously the main part of the meal. Many people seem to feel that a main dish must have an animal-based protein, such as meat, fish, or chicken, to be filling. 

However, nothing can be further from the truth. These vegetarian main dishes are the perfect way to feed yourself and your family a filling and healthy meal—no meat needed.
