I love easy recipes from around the world that I can make in my own home!

I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t have a lot of time to spend making dinner, and I certainly don’t have the patience. While I love having a home-cooked meal every night, spending hours cooking is just not happening.

The quicker the recipe, the better!

Here are some recipes that take 20 minutes or less so you can have more time eating and less time cooking!

20-Minute Thai Green Curry Fried Rice

Thai green curry fried rice is the best fast-track, flavorful dish.

This is a dish that comes together in just a few minutes, so get your ‘mise en place’ ready by prepping your alliums (garlic and shallot) and chili and defrosting frozen veggies under some running water OR prepping whatever fresh ones you choose.

This dish comes together in mere minutes. Chopped garlic, shallot, and chili sizzle in vegetable oil to start the flavor on the right foot.

No matter what, I always have some spices, garlic, onion, and canned tomatoes on hand, and I almost always have fresh eggs, so I find myself making shakshuka pretty regularly.
